ERP programmes fail on governance, data and readiness more often than on software. I provide independent assurance over Oracle, Oracle R12 and SAP finance programmes, and I keep business-as-usual finance running through the change.

Relevant experience

• Local government: assurance and independent challenge over a council's Oracle ERP programme and finance transformation, while keeping AP, AR, Payroll, Pensions and Finance Support (189 staff) running.
• Autoglass (Belron): project-managed Oracle R12 iProcurement, iExpenses and digital AP, with a reported saving of c.£300k a year.
• Peel Ports: OTC and PTP transformation for a new SAP platform, with governance, controls and Power BI reporting.

I have worked across 29 ERP and finance platforms, including SAP, Oracle R12, CODA and Power BI.
