Public-sector experience

• Local government: member of the Finance Leadership Team and Directorate Management Team at a 12-directorate council, leading 189 staff through financial recovery and ERP re-implementation.
• NHS Property Services: introduced No PO No Pay and relocated the London AP team to Stockport, with a reported saving of c.£3m a year; oversaw c.£20m a week in supplier payments.
• Commonwealth Secretariat: intergovernmental finance experience.
